We had a great time meeting with some of the staff and just checking out Birmingham. We also got to visit with Greg's (and mine now!) great friends David and Ashley Brisco and their adorable kids - Timothy and Nathan.

So, I've been thinking about blogging for a while now. I've got a myspace and got my feet wet there, but I wanted something cleaner, easier to read. Then there's the question about what to write about...kids, children's ministry, church, life, leadership...it's going to be about all of these things. We'll just see how it goes! Hope someone out there will read it...
